Once you have contacted Motorola Technical Support and received an RMA approval code from one of our engineers, you can then complete the RMA Request form below. If you have not spoken with our Technical Support team, please contact them at one of the following numbers. Our engineers need to be involved in the product diagnosis and will direct you to our RMA form if our radios are determined to be defective or require replacement.
