Reporting a Problem
If you experience a problem with a Motorola PTP product and suspect a component is defective, please call our Sales and Technical Support line. In North America, call toll-free at + 1 877 515-0400 (call is not toll-free if calling from outside North America). Immediately select 1 and follow the menu prompt to be routed to an engineer in your geographic area. The engineer will walk you through diagnostics to determine the problem. If the product requires replacement, the engineer will provide you an approval code and ask that you complete our RMA form to expedite shipment of replacement product.


Process an RMA
If you are instructed to return a product, complete our RMA request form. Within minutes after you submit your RMA form, our Warranty Service Team will be alerted and your product will be shipped based on your specified warranty. You will receive also receive a Ship To address and instructions for returning the defective product to an appropriate depot. Please do not ship any product without a valid, Motorola PTP engineer approval code.
